· Mayfield’s Career Stats…Mayfield hopes to make his 409th career NASCAR Nextel Cup Series start when he takes the green flag for the 300-lap event Sunday afternoon. He made his first career Cup Series start in October 1993 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway and finished 26th (qualified 37th) in his first Cup Series start at Loudon in 1994.

· BDR at NHIS…Competitors driving Bill Davis Racing-owned cars have been racing at the track since 1993 and have made 34 starts. Those drivers have posted one top-five finish and four top-10 finishes, including a victory in 2002.

· Loudon’s Broadcast Schedule…Qualifying for Sunday’s event is scheduled to start at 3:10 p.m. ET Friday, June 29. The 300-lap event is scheduled to start at 2:10 p.m. ET Sunday, July 1, and will broadcast LIVE on TNT (TV), MRN (radio) and Sirius Satellite Radio.

Jeremy Mayfield on NHIS…

“It was hard not to be at the racetrack last week in Sonoma, but it was good that the team made the race and had a chance to work together and get some more track time. Butch [Leitzinger] did a nice job for the team. I was certainly happy to see that they had made the show and came out of there with a decent finish, but I’m happy to get back in the seat for Loudon. This team is making progress – both Cup teams are getting better every week. Our 360 OTC team has a long way to go, but we’re chipping away at it. [Crew chief] David Hyder is working really, really hard to get things turned around, so we’ll keep plugging away at it until we get it right.”
